Program Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, supporting the development of educational programs for school-age children. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality services are delivered, and collaborating with educators to create engaging learning experiences.

  • You will lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of educational programs, providing guidance and support to other educators.
  • Ensure all Before and After School Care services meet legislative, regulatory, and service agreement requirements.
  • Oversee staff supervision, development, and operational policies in collaboration with senior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to diverse needs and interests.
  • Maintain open communication channels with parents, educators, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor program quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Childcare Studies (or equivalent) with approved First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certifications.
  • Proven experience working in an Outside School Hours Care (OOSH) service or similar setting.
  • Strong understanding of relevant Acts, Regulations, and compliance requirements.
