Global Compliance Program Manager Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of global compliance programs, including monitoring, investigations, policies, and training. The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal or regulatory environment, with a strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement global compliance programs, including monitoring, investigations, policies, and training.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute risk-based monitoring activities.
  • Develop and manage compliance-related data dashboards and tools to track KPIs, metrics, and trends.
  • Contribute to the development of compliance training materials and campaigns.
  • Draft, review, and maintain internal policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Accounting, Legal, or relevant certifications.
  • 7+ years' experience working in a legal, compliance, internal audit, or risk management role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay abreast of changing laws, regulations, and industry standards.
