Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support, working closely with managers and employees to deliver best practice across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. As the key HR representative for approximately 90 employees, you'll be responsible for advising, solving problems, and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, visa requirements, and international onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll processing.
  • Administer employee benefits and coordinate training and health initiatives.
  • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and legislative compliance.
  • Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
  • Deliver HR reporting and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in a similar HR role (experience in the oil & gas industry highly regarded).
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HRIS systems.
  • Degree in HR Management, Business, or related discipline (CIPD or working towards is desirable).
