Job Title:

Handover Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure onsite grouting processes are followed and quality of works meets acceptable standards.
  • Assist grouting teams to ensure product cubes are completed to desired standards.
  • Create and update the "Cube Test Register".
  • Check positioning and presence of M&E elements within units.
  • Ensure surface finish of units meets correct specifications.
  • Raise and issue manufacturer defects, including estimated time and motion.
  • Manage mastic application, including quality assurance.
  • Manage project-based diamond drilling tasks.
  • Snag completed works to ensure they meet acceptable standards.
  • Complete structural/cosmetic handover documents and issue to clients.
  • Assist manufacture teams with quality assurance checking of units within factories.
  • Report against program to Project team.
  • Be responsible for plant and equipment.
Leadership Skills:
  • Brief site team on daily/weekly activities and input to daily project de-briefs.
  • Manage and lead onsite finishing teams.
  • Manage ER issues with your team.
  • Direct on-site manufacturer finishing resource to complete tasks.
Health and Safety:
  • E nsure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
  • Create RAMS and addendums as required.
  • Follow temporary works guidance and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • MEWP for Managers.
  • Accident Investigator.
  • Act with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Display and promote leadership core values: Humble, Hungry, Honest & Smart.
