HR Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate electronic employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining current and accurate electronic employee records
  • Supporting the HR department with administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Assisting with the development of employee and HR reports and audits
  • Managing employee enquiries related to documents
  • Liaising with payroll to create and issue confirmation of letters

Requirements:

  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and self-motivation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of labour legislation advantageous
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to develop and maintain constructive working relationships
