We are seeking an ambitious HR professional to join our dynamic team. As a People Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and driving strategic people decisions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring HR generalist to grow into a Business Partnering role or discover what specialist area interests them. You will be responsible for serving as a trusted HR partner to frontline leaders and senior managers, providing guidance on HR matters and leading Tier 2 HR queries within assigned client groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a go-to HR expert for frontline leaders and senior managers.">
  • Lead HR queries and provide solutions that drive business outcomes.">
  • Work closely with Senior People Business Partners to deliver cyclical people activities.">
  • Maintain HRIS knowledge to troubleshoot user queries and identify opportunities for improvement.">

About You

">

To succeed in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field, and have 1-2+ years of HR generalist experience, including exposure to employment legislation and advisory services.
