As part of this effort, we are seeking an experienced People Administrator to join our Client Services team on a permanent part-time basis. This role offers a great opportunity to grow in HR administration within a supportive, purpose-driven team that values accuracy, collaboration, and service excellence.
About the Role
The People Administrator plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations by providing administrative support across various employee lifecycle processes. Working as part of the Client Services team, you will manage HR data, maintain accurate employment records, process key documentation, and provide timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Entering and updating HR data in systems to ensure employee records are current and compliant.
- Processing a range of HR documentation, including notifications of appointments, resignations, background checks, HR forms, position changes, and employment verifications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Supporting the generation of reports and administrative tasks such as preparing staff updates and terminated employee reports.
- Working closely with HR Advisors, the Payroll team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Supporting the HR Unit with general administrative tasks as required.

To Be Successful
- Experience in data entry and document processing with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new HR systems, particularly TRIM and/or Oracle-based systems.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach with a willingness to support team members and work towards shared goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
