Customer Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver customer communication materials, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

- Maintain accurate records of all communications to meet regulatory standards.
About You:
- Bring commercial experience in communications, ideally in regulated industries such as energy or finance.
- Have strong stakeholder management and project management skills, with a proven track record of working with various stakeholders.
- Have a customer-focused mindset, advocating for solutions that provide clear, valuable information.
- Be tech-savvy and data-driven, able to analyze complex customer data and navigate communication platforms.
- Be a collaborative and proactive problem-solver, able to build strong working relationships across teams.
