Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver customer communication materials, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to create communications that reflect the brand's tone and creative direction.
  • Advocate for customer-centric solutions, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage communications processes and data, ensuring smooth operations and identifying areas for efficiency.
  • Partner with external vendors to manage communication distribution and ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications to meet regulatory standards.

About You:

  • Bring commercial experience in communications, ideally in regulated industries such as energy or finance.
  • Have strong stakeholder management and project management skills, with a proven track record of working with various stakeholders.
  • Have a customer-focused mindset, advocating for solutions that provide clear, valuable information.
  • Be tech-savvy and data-driven, able to analyze complex customer data and navigate communication platforms.
  • Be a collaborative and proactive problem-solver, able to build strong working relationships across teams.
