Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in creating and executing the brand strategy for our Leafio channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Development: Develop and implement strategic brand plans that position Leafio as a best-in-class, trusted leader in pharmaceutical wholesaling.
  • Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, webinar, podcast and events, targeting a pharmacy audience.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Marketing Collateral Creation: Work with creative and content teams to develop marketing materials including e DMs, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, digital assets, merchandise, and conference tradeshow booths.
  • Content Creation: Spearhead thought leadership initiatives, collaborating with internal & external experts to create compelling content that showcases Leafio's expertise.
  • Product Strategy: Work with the Category team to understand their supplier strategy/ other product brands and align on activities to meet their KPI's and overall business goals.
  • Event Management: Identify event opportunities and project manage events with the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Reporting & Regulations: Analyse campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimise brand strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
