We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our Marketing & E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our brand partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for over 150 brand partners across various categories, including Makeup, Skincare, Haircare, and Fragrance.
  • Collaborate with the Category Management team to establish long-term strategies for key growth brands and build quarterly support plans.
  • Manage the brand partner marketing budget and work with the Head of Marketing to ensure targets are achieved within budget.
  • Develop brand sampling and GWP plans to support local Sephora campaigns and brand product launches.
  • Analyze and report on Sephora and brand ROI for collaborative marketing, utilizing data to make recommendations for win-win outcomes.
  • Day-to-day planning of brand partner marketing communications, working with internal stakeholders to execute on planning.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications, with a strong background in creative thinking and campaign development.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or business.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in budget management and digital marketing.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate skills in negotiation and influencing decision-making.
  • Campaign reporting and analysis experience.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional project teams.
