- Standardize Statement of Advice (SOA) templates and best practices.\
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and licensee obligations.\
- Implement and maintain a robust risk management framework.\
- Oversee governance, quality assurance, and compliance audits.\
- Develop and execute a cybersecurity strategy.\
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices.\
- Manage group marketing efforts and client-facing materials.\
- Plan and deliver client events with strong ROI.\
- Support brand-building and advisor-led promotion initiatives.\
- Define and deliver a compelling client value proposition.\
- Implement a structured Client Service Framework.\
- Lead recruitment and talent development initiatives.\
- Develop HR policies, KPIs, and professional development plans.\
- Oversee onboarding, appraisals, and ongoing training.\
