About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Merchant Maintenance team at CommBank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our commercial business customers, meeting operational objectives and deadlines, and maintaining strong customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal stakeholders, including Front-line Bankers and Product Managers, with enquiries relating to our commercial business customers.
- Provide support in the in-life activities for merchants across various segments, including Small Business Banking, Regional & Agribusiness Banking, Commercial Banking, and Major Client Group.
- Contribute to and/or complete reconciliations, and complete general administrative duties as required.
- Practice prudent risk management by identifying and responding to business risks.
About You
You will have strong time management and stakeholder management skills, and be able to articulate complex situations clearly. You will have a drive to learn, apply yourself, and have well-developed attention-to-detail skills. As well as being solution-focused and able to apply critical thinking to complex situations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the commercial lending process or any other complex product.
- Strong customer service experience with the ability to build relationships with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic with a team-oriented outlook.
