Partner Growth Specialist

As a Partner Development Manager, you will drive business expansion through strategic partnerships within the channel ecosystem. This opportunity fosters strong relationships with key vendors and their supporting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance revenue growth and expansion.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives to identify new opportunities.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential partners, providing necessary support and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Regularly monitor and report on pipeline progress and sales performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to channel partners and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales-oriented role with at least 5 years' experience.
  • Strong understanding of the ICT channel partner community in Australia, with experience working with partners and/or vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations articulating value proposition and quantifying commercial opportunities.
  • Strong customer focus, with excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency to achieve results.
