Job Title: Expert Technical Support Specialist
As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on equipment. Your strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and professional approach will be essential attributes for this role.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Installation and support of Colour and B&W print equipment and ancillary products with associated software & services solutions.
This position involves working within a team of dedicated technicians and reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager. You will have opportunities to learn and apply new skills in a dynamic environment that fosters continuous employee development.
Essential requirements for this role include:
- Proven experience in a similar role and/or network, IT and technical knowledge/understanding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Driver's License and Working with Children Check
- Current Australian working rights are essential (Visa sponsorship is not available).
