Director of Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality Assurance to lead our quality and compliance initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic quality plans, managing accreditation processes, and supervising a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems and strategies aligned with clinical governance, risk management, and organisational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with aged care and retirement village legislative requirements.
- Partner with operational leaders to embed a culture of quality improvement beyond minimum compliance standards.
- Participate in clinical and risk governance committees.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality, risk, or compliance roles within aged care or healthcare.
- At least 2 years' experience supervising or leading a team.
- Proven experience managing accreditation processes and clinical audits.
