We are an award-winning digital agency providing strategic thought leadership and User Experience led digital transformation services.

As a Digital Producer, you will work closely with the Head of Client Services to lead projects and deliver key benefits for our clients.

This is a crucial role where you will direct the delivery process end-to-end, from discovery to deployment on innovative digital transformation projects.

You will be responsible for managing project budgets effectively, working strategically with clients to develop new business opportunities and providing sales and project documentation.

In this position, you will also act as the main point of contact for your clients, providing first-class communication and service.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years hands-on experience managing contemporary digital projects, a keen understanding of what great client service means and be able to motivate and inspire cross-discipline teams.

A strong production & project management experience, excellent Communication Skills and Team Player attitude are essential for this role.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising and collaborating with project team members through all phases of the project to ensure its smooth running and delivery.
  • Defining and scoping a project in consultation with clients, third party suppliers and our team members.
  • Possessing and developing a good understanding of the digital communications landscape to offer strategic solutions for clients.
