We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Architect to join our team in East Coast Australia. This role offers an estimated salary of $120,000 per annum, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and prioritizing customer needs and pain points related to digital experience design, delivery, and management. Key tasks include designing, planning, and facilitating stakeholder engagement and discovery workshops, transforming big ambitions into actionable roadmaps and presentations, and identifying opportunities to leverage the Squiz Digital Experience Platform (DXP) capabilities.

  • This includes AB testing, personalization, portals, forms, and data capture, as well as other tools within the customer's wider ecosystem to improve their digital experiences.
  • The ideal candidate will inspire customers with opportunities to deliver industry-leading web solutions alongside a clear path to execution.

In this role, you will identify the resources, activities, and technologies required to implement solutions, or proactively engage with stakeholders to define these. You will also work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared outcomes and have the ability to steer them towards delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous consulting or digital advisory-related experience, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations.
  • A strong understanding of digital solutions and the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience driving revenue and creating opportunities.
