As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

The role involves preparing repair orders, accurately costing invoices, and checking completed repairs. You will also manage administration tasks, including pre-checking repair orders prior to vehicles arriving.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, accurate data entry abilities, and excellent telephone manner. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional customer service via phone, walk-ins, etc.

- Prepare repair orders and accurately cost invoices.

- Check completed repairs.

- Manage administration, including pre-checking repair orders prior to vehicles arriving.

- Reconcile daily cash till with relevant cash sales invoices and receipts.

Requirements:

- Accurate data entry/computer skills.

- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
