Job Title

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and establishing financial records, processing sales orders, tracking stock ETA's, coordinating logistics, and ensuring accurate invoicing and project reconciliations.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders
  • Process customer orders with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain and manage customer ETA's and order dispatches with attention to detail and ownership
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in customer invoicing and project reconciliations
  • Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing customer orders
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes
  • Attend selected meetings as necessary
  • Exercise excellent communication skills, be responsive, follow up, and hold others accountable
