
Service Support Coordinator Job Opening

Job Description:
The Service Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of service contracts, processing invoices and financial disputes, and creating reports. This position requires strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creation of service contract quotes and proposals based on established procedures
- Maintenance of service contracts within SAP
- Review of service contract financial breakdowns prior to upload
- Creation and maintenance of service maintenance plans
- Confirmation of GForce opportunity close-off once contracts have been set up within SAP
- Processing of invoicing for service contracts
- Generation of reports on service contracts and invoicing using Excel and Power BI
- Review and processing of invoicing for service work orders
- Resolution of invoicing disputes and accounts receivable queries
- Issuance of credit notes as a result of financial disputes
- Processing of work items within SAP Inbox
- Requisition of purchase orders related to service invoices and contracts
- Upload of invoices, service reports, and submission of claims to customer portals
- Providing service coordination support as required

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of sales and invoicing processes for contracts
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and sound business acumen
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external interactions
- Experience with using SAP is desirable but not essential
