Maintenance and Repair Specialist

The role of a Field Service Technician is pivotal in maintaining Onsite assets at customer sites. This position involves working across a diverse product range, encompassing access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs across the product range in field (and in workshop as required)
- Ensure all jobs are logged in our service module and complete daily paperwork
- Monitor and record parts usage
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
Requirements:
- Possess a mechanical trade qualification
- Hold a current driver's license
- Exhibit sound diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate great communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Show ability to work independently in field
- Be willing to participate in on-call roster
