We are seeking a skilled individual to join our maintenance team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-standard accommodations remain top-notch for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general repairs within the property including guest rooms, common areas, and building
  • Coordinate and negotiate with outside contractors
  • Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule
  • Carry out regular maintenance tasks & inspections of facilities

You will be efficient and cost-conscious while contributing to a workplace health and safety environment. Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous. Calmness and proven ability to work under pressure are essential, along with good organisational skills.
