About the Role
  • Efficiently perform work specified on repair orders in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate directly with colleagues to inform customers of additional services needed and provide estimates for repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of Service Technician experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification.
  • B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to improve.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
