Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with clients to understand their talent-related needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions. Your role will involve:
- Creating client-focused recruitment strategies through consultative fact-finding and analysis.
- Developing a strategic business development plan to build a scalable and sustainable client portfolio.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes with full responsibility for candidates and clients.
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Growing the Michael Page brand and developing internal and external relationships.
The Successful Candidate
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment consulting, preferably with a focus on legal professionals or sales professionals with a working knowledge of the legal industry.
- A proven track record of building strong client partnerships and tailoring recruitment solutions to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
- Demonstrable loyalty and success in your previous roles.
- An ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What's on Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus tax-free bonuses and benefits.
