Role Overview

We are seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, responsible for delivering best practice recruitment by proactively sourcing and creating talent pipelines, while managing end-to-end recruitment for key roles. This role will be based in our offices at Northern Health, Epping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, including role briefing, development of sourcing strategies, drafting and posting job adverts, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, completing compliance checks, and generating contracts.
  • Drive a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of recruitment outcomes.
  • Collaborate on key recruitment projects, such as the Electronic Medical Records Project, to drive innovation and improvement in recruitment processes.
  • Develop and maintain social media presence and networking with internal and external stakeholders to promote the organization's brand and attract top talent.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of NH recruitment processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to drive better outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment roles, preferably in healthcare.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and engage with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with exposure to healthcare recruitment, including working familiarity with SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent candidate management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
