
Senior Employee Experience Solutions Specialist

The Senior Workforce Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the operational effectiveness and efficiency of employee experience solutions, balancing strategic objectives with scalable implementation.
This key role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and administering the workforce management system, including timekeeping, scheduling, attendance modules. The Senior Workforce Systems Analyst will provide technical expertise to support the analysis of end-to-end payroll systems and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead System Administration: Administer and maintain the workforce management system, configure pay rules, accruals, work schedules, and other configurations.
- Drive Innovation: Implement and integrate system updates with minimal disruption.
- Solve Problems: Troubleshoot technical issues, providing expert support to operations teams.
- Ensure Compliance: Configure systems to meet legislative requirements, audits, and company policies.
- Collaborate: Partner with operations and technology teams to enhance processes and data integrity.
- Provide Insights: Generate reports and analyze workforce data to inform decision-making.
- Governance and Accuracy: Design processes to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Develop Expertise: Build an understanding of payroll systems and their integrations to ensure smooth data flows.
- Offer Expert Advice: Provide guidance on legislative obligations, modern awards, enterprise agreements, and employment policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administering and implementing workforce management systems.
- Strong knowledge of pay rules configuration and management.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and integration of workforce management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and across multiple projects.
- Experience and knowledge in interpretation of complex Enterprise Agreements and awards
- Demonstratable knowledge of complex Payroll integrations – specifically with time and attendance systems
- Experienced in the development of process and procedural documentation
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
