Job Overview:

The People Experience Business Partner is a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance and support to employees. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the employee experience and supports the development of people solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to translate operational goals into people strategies
  • Provide proactive HR advice, coaching, and support to managers and employees
  • Manage and advise on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation
  • Guide leaders through performance management processes, including feedback, development planning, and formal processes when required
  • Manage employee variations and changes with correct documentation and appropriate systems updates

This role requires a strong generalist background and 6–8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within fast-paced or growing organisations. The successful candidate will possess high levels of emotional intelligence, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
