Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as a senior specialist in employee relations. As an Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a high-performance culture and acting as our key contact for managing complex issues such as workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies, and restructures.

You will work closely with the business to execute talent projects that align with our priorities, including legislative changes and continuous improvement processes. In addition, you will:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, General Counsel's office, and other Talent Centres of Excellence to drive wider talent initiatives
  • Develop sustained solutions to individual employee matters by collaborating with all levels of the business
  • Coach and mentor Employee Relations Advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong influencing and partnering skills to collaborate with business leaders at all levels
  • Proven experience in employee relations case management, with expertise in legislative requirements and emerging matters
  • The ability to provide practical and effective solutions to complex problems, leveraging your analytical and creative thinking skills
  • A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with up-to-date knowledge of relevant amendments and developments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
