About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager to join our AUNZ Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise marketing strategy, working closely with sales teams to drive successful user outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to craft our enterprise marketing strategy, develop a strong trusted relationship with sales teams, and drive high-quality leads, sales pipeline, and ultimately revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the enterprise marketing strategy, including field marketing programs across enterprise customer segments.
  • Define and execute full funnel marketing plans, including digital marketing, campaigns, ABM, virtual and in-person events, and third-party tradeshows.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including the Asia Pacific Demand Generation team and Partner Marketing, to dovetail strategy and plans for the enterprise segment.
  • Own key marketing business and revenue metrics across the sales funnel and customer growth and retention.
  • Build a strong partnership with the sales organisation, including joint strategy and planning with leadership, account and territory planning with sellers, and joint business development with sales development representatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience in the AUNZ Enterprise Technology market.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing B2B marketing strategies that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex topics with simplicity.
  • Experience scaling through and/or leveraging agency and contractor resources.
  • Understanding and/or experience with CRM/Salesforce, account-based marketing, events marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology.
