Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Citrix engineer to lead our team's technical maintenance and support services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive technical support for Citrix environments within agreed service levels.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and utilize tools and processes to deliver high-quality services to customers.
  • Proactively manage infrastructure and drive service process improvement using expertise in Citrix and NetScalers.
  • Share knowledge and expertise through coaching others in the team.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Senior System Engineer with expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies.
  • Experience supporting Windows Server, infrastructure applications, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops Administration and configuration.
  • Citrix Netscaler Administration and configuration.
  • User profile management via UPM, FSLogix, and Ivanti DesktopNow.
  • Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Server technology products.
  • Managing workloads and resources with public cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
  • Managing virtual environments utilising infrastructure such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Solid knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, NetBackup and CommVault.
