Our client is seeking a seasoned Citrix support specialist to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

This high-level technical role involves serving as the escalation point for service desk teams, managing and supporting complex issues and tickets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that existing Citrix platforms align with current architecture and operating systems standards.

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Essential Experience:**

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  • Experience working in a similar mining industry environment
