As a seasoned professional, you will be accountable for:
- Providing technical maintenance and support services that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Developing and maintaining accurate technical documentation to inform decision-making and drive service excellence
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to optimize customer infrastructure
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives leveraging expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies
For this role, we are seeking an individual with 5+ years' experience as a senior system engineer, specializing in Citrix and NetScaler technologies. The successful candidate will also possess:
- Experience supporting Windows Server, infrastructure applications, and cloud technologies
- Technical expertise in Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops Administration and configuration, Citrix Netscaler Administration and configuration, user profile management, Windows Server Systems Administration, Microsoft Server technology products, public cloud environments (Azure and AWS), virtual environments, and backup and disaster recovery methodologies
