Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take ownership of end-to-end proposal development and project coordination for our Defence portfolio.

This is a hands-on role working closely with Defence leads and national stakeholders to deliver compelling EOIs, bids, and presentations that reflect the company's value and capability in the sector.

You will drive the bid process from early assessment and kick-off through to strategy, writing support, submission, and post-bid review ensuring clarity, professionalism, and consistency every step of the way.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign skills.
  • Excellent written communication, editing, and proofing (non-technical content).
  • Project management and time-bound coordination experience.
  • Experience managing stakeholder input and navigating competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working with Defence bid structures and requirements.
  • Familiarity with government portals and online submission systems.
