We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

The role of the Program Management Analyst will involve defining and supporting processes that improve portfolio information to enable accurate measurement and monitoring of key programs of work. You will provide a range of portfolio management and support services, including developing portfolio reporting for stakeholders, monitoring portfolio plans, and coordinating the establishment of business cases with key business leaders.

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in Agile tools and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Program Management Analyst role, working within a Program Management Office.
  • Proven experience in reporting on and working within complex portfolios of work across multiple stakeholders, including information Technology.
  • High level analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in working with Agile tools and processes.
