We are seeking a highly skilled Category Space and Range Specialist to drive business growth through strategic planning and optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your category expertise and analytical skills to plan and optimize space and range.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing tailored merchandising strategies that align with commercial goals while understanding the impact on range. You will use innovative tools to manage and govern optimization logic and data analysis tools like SQL to identify opportunities and provide meaningful recommendations to stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners across commercial and Merchandising & Customer Value teams to deliver against key strategic priorities. You will also partner with Merchandising Optimization teams to leverage technology within space optimization.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in relevant roles or a Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related subject. You must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
