The opportunity exists to drive category performance across Australia and New Zealand. Our growing online platform requires strategic planning to achieve year-on-year growth. Headquartered in Sydney CBD, we're expanding our retail presence with circa 34 stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute omnichannel category strategies, analyzing performance metrics to inform program implementation.
  • Negotiate trading terms, review agreements, and design annual brand plans, including product launch calendars and sales targets.
  • Manage new sell-in processes, collaborate with departments, and ensure effective launch plans and execution.
  • Secure key animation slots, negotiate checkout sampling, and plan animation themes.
  • Monitor and measure assigned brands' performance, conduct rationalization, and execute launch plans for new brands.
  • Oversee floorplan management, store openings, and renovations, as well as planogram optimization to ensure relevant assortments and logical layouts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in category management or a related field is required.
