We are looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of Space Planner and Receptionist on a Full-time basis working with one of our Global Partners based in Rhodes.Snapshot of your day :Greet and assist guests and staff with professionalism and warmthProvide excellence in customer service to internal and external customersUnderstanding of and the proactive involvement in Work Health Safety standardsRegister guests using the approved system and issue badgesCommunicate and follow up with stakeholders from ISS site Space Champions to client Workplace Strategist / Occupancy Planners / Space Planners to enable the collection of informationLiaise with stakeholders to gather and validate space dataUse tools like iOffice, AutoCAD, and Excel to generate reports and layoutsCompile space planning reports and update databases for reporting purposes in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of information at all timesActively participate in ISS Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement processes in order to innovate and deliver best practiceMinimum criteria :Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience with space planning tools (AutoCAD, iOffice, Excel) preferredProfessional appearance and customer-first mindsetAbility to manage sensitive information and respond to emergenciesPrior experience in facilities, hospitality, or workplace services is a plusOur Benefits :A collaborative and inclusive work environmentOpportunities for professional developmentExposure to both client-facing and strategic planning functionsCompetitive salary and benefits packageTo apply for this role please click on the 'apply' link and complete the online application.
