We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to take on the role of Rental Services Officer.

Main Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding rental services in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Providing support with administrative tasks, including processing rental agreements and handling customer queries
  • Inspecting vehicles upon check-in and check-out to ensure they are in good condition
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • A full driver's license is required for this role
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all employees
  • Previous experience in customer service or office administration is highly desirable, but not essential
Work Arrangements

This is a full-time role with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Employees will be entitled to appropriate penalties for working on these days.
