Property Showcase Representative

Main Responsibilities:

  • Showcase rental properties to potential tenants on Saturdays.
  • Assist with lease signings and renewals.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rental properties.
  • Guide interested renters during private property inspections.
  • Answer inquiries from potential tenants regarding available rentals.
  • Coordinate administration tasks for rental properties.
  • Support the property management team in their duties.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid Certificate of Registration.
  • Availability to work weekends, preferably Saturdays.
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle for work-related tasks.
  • Professional presentation and strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
