We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist who can take ownership of our product and customer experience.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Provide daily technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for our equipment range.
  • Create and deliver training programs – both online and in person – for our customers, sales reps, and partners.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and brand partners to stay on top of technical developments.
  • Assist with product testing, prototype evaluations, and new product introductions.
  • Build and maintain a detailed library of product specs, service info, and technical resources.
  • Track product performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Key Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical/hydraulic equipment, and petrol/diesel engines.
  • Can communicate effectively with all types of audiences and present complex information in a clear manner.
  • Is analytical and able to interpret service manuals and technical documentation.
  • Has a solid foundation in Microsoft Office and a valid Australian driver's license.
  • Is willing to travel within Australia and occasionally overseas.
