Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Officer to fill this key position within our housing department.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing advice and assistance on housing options, assessing client eligibility and needs, and working collaboratively with internal specialists and external service providers.

  • Provide guidance and support to clients on housing options and assess their eligibility and needs.
  • Work within relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and effective service delivery.
  • Manage client information to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.

  • Collaborate with internal specialists and external service providers to make referrals and provide additional support to clients as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues and confidential information.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines in a demanding work environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to remain composed under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full driver's license required.
