Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre as a Senior Occupational Therapist. This is a clinical leadership role that requires expertise in managing complex cases and providing specialist occupational therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Specialist OT Services: Deliver expert occupational therapy, including assistive technology prescription and NDIS recommendations, to ensure the best possible care for complex patients.
- Manage Daily OT Operations: Coordinate and supervise daily services to maintain efficient, effective, and high-quality clinical care.
- Advocate for Clients: Address and inform on key issues impacting your client group, ensuring their needs are met.
- Mentor and Lead: Guide less experienced OTs and Allied Health Assistants, fostering professional growth and excellence in care.
- Collaborate on Research and Improvement: Work with Clinical Seniors to enhance clinical practice through research, evaluation, and service improvements.
- Oversee CALHN OT Portfolio: Manage a relevant portfolio, represent CALHN on committees, and contribute to critical projects.
- Lead in the OT Network: Play a key leadership role within the CALHN Occupational Therapy Network, driving advancements in client care and service delivery.
