Key Responsibilities- Provide expert therapy and interventions for NDIS participants, including home, ADL, and functional capacity assessments.
- Engage and support participants to optimize the achievement of personal goals, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and Allied Health Assistants.
- Proactively manage your caseload, prioritizing referrals and ensuring timely interventions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized plans, ensuring participant-centered care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive reports, highlighting participant needs and goals.
- Provide training and coaching to other team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Travel to visit clients around Adelaide, working from the Norwood office or remotely, with referrals allocated as close to your local area as possible.
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with 2-3 years' clinical experience, including NDIS experience.
- Proven track record of providing high-quality therapy and interventions, with a focus on participant-centered care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and participants.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
