Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Lead. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based services to our clients, leading a team of occupational therapists, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Support the team to ensure high standards of work are delivered in accordance with legislative requirements
    • Mentor and work collaboratively with members of a multi-disciplinary team
    • Drive and grow the business as a Senior Occupational Therapist / Team Lead
  • Client Services
    • Assist team members to assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments
    • Assist team members to interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to grow the business and develop strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business plans

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
