Job Summary:
Frontline Health Brisbane is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the development of our new service. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for building a team of OTs and developing a comprehensive service that meets the needs of our clients.
About the Role:
- Lead the development of our Occupational Therapy service, including service planning, team management, and quality assurance.
- Work closely with our management team to develop and implement service strategies that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of Occupational Therapists.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines that support the delivery of high-quality Occupational Therapy services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, with a strong background in service development and leadership.
- General AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
