We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Claims Officer to join our established and supportive claims team at Capricorn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage claim notifications and service enquiries from internal and external customers.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned claims end-to-end, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Take recovery action on appropriate claim files, determining liability and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
