Job Title: Claims Coordinator

Persolkelly is a leading recruitment provider in Australia, specializing in the recruitment of professional, ICT, government, STEM, management, and executive talent. Our client, Programmed, is seeking a Claims Coordinator to join their Maintenance team in Burswood.

Job Summary:

The Claims Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the processing and submission of claims is completed in an accurate and timely manner. This role will contribute to improved profitability, contract retention rates, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure administrative and support processes are adhered to in line with quality systems and processes.
  • Process invoices, claims, and job orders to ensure compliance with standards and seek approval in line with contract requirements.
  • Generate reports as required and meet specified timeframes and quality standards.
  • Maintain an effective filing system.
  • Provide administrative support for projects as needed.
  • Support the sustainability initiatives and programs implemented.
  • Provide feedback and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to assist the Manager improve results in accordance with contractual obligations.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sound computer skills and proficiency with data entry.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Office skills in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience with Navision business management software or equivalent.
