Job Title: Project Support Officer

This role is focused on providing administrative support to projects within the Corporate Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to effectively coordinate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination:
    • Provide administrative support to project managers, ensuring timely delivery of project outputs.
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including venue booking and catering arrangements.
    • Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress and outcomes.
    • Ensure all project team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Liaise with internal and external clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Support the development of relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors and end-users.
  • Governance Requirements:
    • Assist in the preparation of governance reports and documents.
    • Ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a project coordination or similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
