About the Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced project professional to join our team in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
  • Preparing project schedules, execution plans, and quality plans for seamless project delivery and adherence to client requirements.
  • Fostering strong relationships with assigned clients as their primary point of contact.
  • Understanding client needs, objectives, and challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Anticipating client needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Maintaining engagement and gathering feedback through regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Developing, maintaining, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including organizing activities such as graduate programs and employee engagement workshops.
  • Pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts and target markets, and collaborating with sales/project/engineering teams to prepare proposals.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures related to Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ), and promoting zero harm and environmental sustainability in all projects.
