Senior Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, change management, procurement, and delivery of relocation and fit-out project outcomes. The successful candidate will have strong technical project management skills in the full project life cycle, including delivery, and experience in leading and directing consultant project teams to provide bodies of work in accordance with the program.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build and sustain relationships in the public and private sectors, and provide sound advice to the Assistant Director. Additionally, they will lead by example, value mentoring, and enhancing the capabilities of staff.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, change management, procurement, and delivery of relocation and fit-out project outcomes.
  • Develop and manage complex contracts.
  • Manage teams of project consultants who work proactively with customers to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration).
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
  • Strong technical skills in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
